Information this website collects
This website does not have forms and does not ask you to create an account. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
Booking and the patient portal
When you book an appointment or log in to the patient portal, you leave this website and use a system run by our practice management provider. Information you enter there is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and that provider's terms.
Maps and third-party links
Our contact pages include an embedded Google Map. Google may collect information when you interact with it under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we link to.
Text messages and calls
If you text or call us, we use your phone number only to respond to you and manage your care. Please do not send detailed health information by text. Message and data rates may apply.
