Most infusions take 45 to 60 minutes. We monitor you briefly afterward and send you home with instructions.
Meet your provider
Ruth Nyang, MSN, FNP-C
Ruth is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder of iThrive, with more than 18 years in healthcare: 10 as a registered nurse and more than 9 as a nurse practitioner. She trained at the University of New Mexico and the University of Texas at El Paso, and has cared for Albuquerque patients at PHS and Lovelace Health System.
She lives in Rio Rancho and started iThrive to give her neighbors personal, practical support for feeling their best.

Frequently asked questions
Is IV therapy safe for me?
Before your first treatment we review your health history and check your vital signs. If an infusion is not a good fit for you, we will tell you and talk through other options.
Do I need lab work?
It depends on the service. Medical weight loss requires recent labs. For IV therapy, your provider will let you know if any labs are needed, for example a G6PD test before high-dose Vitamin C.
How long does a visit take?
Most IV infusions take about 45 to 60 minutes, plus a short check-in before and brief monitoring afterward. Some NAD+ doses take longer.
